On purpose. Everything a resume would tell you is already here, in full sentences, with the reasoning left in, which is more than a single page could ever hold.
The work is the case studies: what got built, what it was built instead of, and what that cost. Who? is the short professional answer. If you want one on paper anyway, ask and it will come straight back.
